Home Care

We provide support and care in the comfort of your own home.

Unlike a residential care home, home care is a personal service tailored to meet the needs of the individual in the comfort of their own home. Nevertheless, Domiciliary care can often be a cost-effective alternative to residential care.

We provide affordable home care services to help vulnerable adults meet personal, domestic and special needs in their homes. The aim is to encourage the service user to continue doing things they can do while we help them with the things they can no longer do and help them stay in their homes for as long as possible.

Mona Healthcare offers a full spectrum of home care services ranging from short half-hour visits to around-the-clock care, ensuring we bring kindness, compassion, comfort, independence, and peace of mind to all our Service Users.

Caregiver with Patient

Home Care services range from 30 minutes to 24-hour care. Whatever you need, we believe that you should be the one in control, making sure the care we provide is exactly what you want by ensuring that:

  • You get the same carers to provide continuity of service.

  • Your carers arrive at a regular time that suits you.

  • You receive the desired duration/ length of service.

We have fully trained home care workers who work closely with the Service Users whilst following the personalised care plan. From the initial assessment, our professional care advisers listen to every concern or request you have. Care workers are then accurately matched based on the relevant knowledge, experience, training and shared beliefs.

The first step is to get in touch with us so that we can help you with any questions and understand what care is needed. Our professional care advisers can help you determine how to protect your or your loved one's independence and dignity.
